That is interesting. I bet there was no "screw up" per say. Belmont probably got the T/A to issue the stock, then EESO blocked the transfer. Then they switched T/A's to keep that from happening again. I don't think there is anything sinister about his involvement with the T/A though. I have relations with attorney's and auditors but that just means I like using them for my clients and I get a referral. Pacwest says so much on their web site that they pay out referrals.

What was the number of shares involved in the "screw up"? That might give you some idea on how many Belmont is suing for. If Belmont has a signed purchase agreement by Jared, there is not much he can do but stall some. Same thing happened with RVGD, the previous shell guy pulled his note and that marked the end of that stock pretty much.

Hope it works out for you guys.. I still think EESO is over hyped and its potential over stated by management. I also doubt this buyout is anything more than a shell swap and share exchange. Most likely to try and move EESO assets into another shell and away from whatever agreement they had with Belmont because they now realize it was a bad deal, just like the CEO of RVGD learned. It is a hard lesson many young CEO's learn. Sad thing is, he could have went OTCBB for about $50K- $70K from scratch and not had this headache.
