Mr Meuse with Belmont Partners "...is also a representative of PacWest Transfer LLC, a stock transfer agent..." Now that is awfully interesting isn't it? Could PacWest have "accidentally" messed up the OS in February to force a drop in price to pick up TONS of shares for themselves, and then sold them over the past couple of months, and then do essentially the same yesterday trying to grab a bunch more at a lower price?! They sounds like snakes in the grass.
I can see why Jared changed transfer agents. I don't know about anyone else, but I would say the countersuit by EESO could be very important. Obviously this is all speculation, but WOW, great find N4!!
