The only way the non believers will believe is if the buyer releases a PR or if the LOI can be released. I hope the buyer confirms in their own PR that they did make an offer. I question why they would do that if the buyout offer is turned down. Jared has a tough sell if the buyout is turned down to the market and the buyer does not PR it. We will see how good a salesman he is.

No buyout, and the stock will remain as hard as a diamond. There is not reason for the stock to tank. Why would it? Did it tank when it went 8,400% up without a buyout? Did it?

Did it ever occur to folks that Jared has given a specific date to PR the details of the B/O because he couldn't release information until the buyer PR'd first?

Your opinion it tanks. I have been hearing this same BS for over 7 months and here we stay WAY UP from those prices then. Anyone selling even when hearing who the potential buyer is will be kicking themselves big time in the following weeks and months. That much I am sure of.
