So if no buyout and Jared releases name of company, everyone is going to believe him? How many people are going say this was just a scam? If it is Dow (or another big company), no amount of phone calls to Dow headquarters is going to get it verified. They have no reason to verify they were attempting to buy EESO.

No buyout and the stock tanks never to return IMO.
