It's not so much that it's a scam but a lousy one at that....geeze I love a good scam to get a 20 bagger on....but this company cant even run a scam right let alone a real company.....
Read the wording of the PR. "targeted" Doesn't mean jack s*it. Just tire kicking and released a fluff PR. Only way this is going up is if they actually start making money or the hire another pumper. Just my 2 cents of course.
