Just a scam imo.
Stock trades at $0.0001.
How in the world are they going to raise money to buy five biofuel plants???

In addition, a lot of biofuel plants are not profitable and are in Bankruptcy.

How is Encore going to make a plant profitable when expensive feedstocks are the number one reason plants can't make a go of it?
