I would like nothing more than to see this unfold just as you have written it. The excellent thing about your post is that I can see ALL if it coming to fruitition pending confirmation of the 15b capital injection.

Thanks fsshon!

fsshon, Looks like you've laid it all out, nice and tidy...

Problem is, it is every bit, conjecture. Of course, you're entitled to your free speech, etc.

Predictions are a dime a dozen, flowing like rain water, but nobody knows for sure. It's all up to the judge and the lawyers. And not even they know at this point.

My guess is that we'll see about $2.50 a shares sometime in late 2010. There is a "lot of dust to be settled".

It would be great if JPM just decided to forgo the hassle and settle early. But I would prefer that the case ran the duration in court. I would like to see JPM vilified before the media and their true character and underhanded actions be established and thoroughly documented, made public.

Since neither of us really knows the future, then it is neural and really doesn't matter, until it arrives. Unless the point is to have something to argue about. The daily DD and the factual timetable of events as they happen is far more interesting.

Good Luck.

VV
