Not that I wish doom upon BCND, but the representing attorney didn't even know Marek personally. I can't see how that's a positive thing. IMO opinion, by Marek not showing up, he killed any potential MOMO.

I disagree. Anyone could show up at that meeting and claim that. Which, IMO, is exactly what did occur.
