Damage this is the best you can come up with? of course they don't have revenue - they are trying to get their windfarms going in order to generate rev's. Of course they'll use share capital to pay the bills, that's what startups do. The bad management accusation? how soon you forget they have the ppa (which remember is a contract) but are waiting for a construction permit. As it happens I have admiration for someone who would take on a project like this, in a foreign country...

Down here in the VI it takes six months to get a residential constr permit... they're trying to get one for a windfarm while negotiating for space with a mega steel project.

Of course this is a speculative play - it's an otc trying to do something huge not a blue chip with an ordinary operation.

Any loans using shares as security would ensure a pps of no return.

I am hoping that they meet the time frame, rather have a messy 10k than a Pinksheet/non reporting subpenny Wind Company!!!

Keep the faith for a bit longer i will ..
