HangTen, first, I don’t really care for the “is that the best you can come up with?” crack! I’m not a basher looking for ways to mess with you. And, i'm not making stuff up!
Second, I have obviously done a poor job explaining what I meant; I know WWEI has no revenue, and they wont until they have an established farm up and running. I think we all get that! My point was they still need operating capital, and I doubt they have any left. That means then will either need a loan (good luck) or dilution, and if they need to dilute at this PPS it would be very, very bad.
As for the PPA, please show me an example of a company who received an approved PPA and did not publish the details of the agreement. Why six months later do we not know a damn thing about the PPA? I suspect the “PPA” is much like the Joint Ventures and the secured financing--nonexistent. Maybe the PPA will end like the JVs; maybe soon we will get a PR that says, “we have decided that the Chinese government is to difficult to work with, so we are canceling all of our Chinese projects and focusing all of our efforts in Canada and the US.”
…and, I may me dead wrong about all of this, I acknowledge that possibility, but all the badness surrounding WWEI wont go away until they actually do one thing they said they were going to do. I really hope I’m wrong!
