Not to defend him, but it has been said that he notifies the transfer agent who's responsibility it is to notify shareholders. Unfortunately, those of us who hold our shares in street name will not get that notification unless we knew beforehand about any vote. We could have asked our brokers for a control number and we could have requested a proxy from the transfer agent through the broker.

No notice to us = no chance for involvement by us.

Paul, I agree with you on this one. Also, I doubt "Management" is experiencing any dilution whatsoever. They can always give themselves more shares, anytime. This is the only explanation for their giving shares away for a penny.

Investors are f'ed. I hope to cut my losses if I ever get a chance. Good luck all.
