Guys I said this like a month ago, sell! this is a joke!! a total joke, you will not make money on this, do I really have to go thru the list?

I hope I am wrong for all of you...I really do. But I am afraid, I am not. They already have you all waiting an extra week, and I can bet that come FRI - we would have heard nothing, or another delay!

Not necessarily. If it's a cash + shares deal the wants/needs of many would be satiated for the time being with the cash side of the deal. That would give most, myself included, a very good reason to hold for a higher pps in whatever shares we wind up with in whatever company, new or established.

On the other hand, the shares, if any are to be had, may very well be restricted in the first place, which wouldn't hurt my feelings in the least. Especially if we received, lets say for arguements sake, .20 on the front end. With that, I wouldn't have a problem, or care, in the world waiting on my 1 for 10, 20, or whatever, to mature.
