The former CFO did provide evidence and testimony that implicated the former CEO Huff and several insiders. Jimenez still got three years in prison.

Posters on this board have speculated the former CEO is facing 20 years.

I'll bet Huff has reams of evidence and testimony to lighten his sentence...can't wait to hear it.
