1. This stock(company) is bankrupt!
2. This company almost always has no other source of revenue, but the selling of its shares.
3. This company is out of airspeed, altitude and ideas.
4. This company will continue with the pattern established over the years, and another R/S will surely occur.
Would you invest in a company that has filed Chapter 11, eight(8) times, how about twice in one year?
