I'm not sure if you're trying to equate Chapter 11 toa reverse Split or simply say that AGHD gas filed Bankruptcy. Whichever the case, there are essential differences between the two.

On second thought, they need to put a "Q" on the end of their ticker. Looking at the trading Friday, it seems to be good for about a 2000% run up!
