All money will go to the company, and the shares represent the company. The value of the company goes up, the shares go up. What do you think, WMI will get tens of billions and the pps will stay at .11 ?

Equity cannot/will not be cancelled just because they are in bk. They did not enter bk because they couldn't pay their creditors. They entered into the protection of the bankruptcy court because their banks were stolen.

someone posted to you the otherday about posting all you know about this case and i have been watching this board for your response still have not seen one.

Nothing is set in stone, and the reality is nobody here really knows what can happen. It's like watching a game (any sport)you can analize the formation, players, coach, records stats...but at the end of the day anything could happen.....So pick a team, either your in or your out.... and if your gonna speak up do your DD before you draw conclusions.
