There is no way Roger would let false damaging info lay out there for the common shareholders to see and make their trading decisions upon. If this info was false, Roger would be all over it before you knew what happened.

I don't think "Roger" had any choice. He knows the rules. It had to be done. That he filed earlier than he needed to do suggests to me that there's stuff Urbie isn't telling him.

Try to understand: it's NORMAL for companies to make their o/s available at all times. It's also NORMAL (and required) to file dividend information with the Nasdaq.
