Yes, this is just the re-zoning vote but a necessary first step that if approved could put AEHI on the national map which could push the stock price forward for a trade.
Neither BRIG nor I are interested in buying and holding AEHI -- a positive rezone vote increases the perceived value of the land and the perceived prospects of their future. So far AEHI has moved 60% from where we've been buying just from the local press alone it seems. It could move a lot more IMO
PS -- the rezoning alone should lead to funding to help fight the next step.
correct....the rezoning is a first step....but they do have 2 financial backers waiting on this rezoning vote with 87 million in seed money to start the process....it's a low priced high risk/reward play to be sure......BRIG
