If the Attorneys representing "our" side of the case were doing their job, there wouldn't be much need to expect instructmba, you, me, or any other unit holder to cough up any more dough.
It would be adequately addressed (and gladly paid) in a proper negotiated settlement.
If, and I stress if, the settlement currently being bandied about is the best the current representation can do, we have a failure to perform adequate representation.
Why should we have to reinvent the wheel?
What, attorneys need to be paid TWICE?
