This kind of thing could ruin JP Morgan...
If this goes Criminal (and I am Certain this is what WAMU wants) then the investigation could destroy JPM...
Also the hints that someone at FDIC was in prior talks with JPM before the takeover was planned or as part of the plan (which is worse, because that is Conspiracy) just add to this... Someone at FDIC could be in big trouble too...
How about the scenario that WAMU comes back and takes over JPM? lol...
