The bocx, I agree with you that it appears the FDA and SFDA may work together in approving companies that run clinical trials needed for final FDA approval. It probably would reduce the costs of conducting trials and lead to gaining approval in both the US and China at the same time. I am not positive that is the way it will end up but the FDA setting up offices in China would lead one to think that might be the result. From information released by the SFDA, they have gotten much more restrictive in the past year or so.

I do not see the time frame changing for the approval process but it may indeed be less expensive.

Lots of stock sold yesterday and today looks like a higher volume also. It appears the employee stock has hit the street.

A question:

Would it be legal for Moro to issue enough stock to pay his employees for multiple months in advance? He has been paying for two months at a time so why not six months and that would take care of most of his costs if in the meantime, the company closed its doors.

Next quesiton:

Is the company going to correct the errors on the total stock outstanding in the past two filings?
