Lots of stock sold yesterday and today looks like a higher volume also. It appears the employee stock has hit the street.
A question:
Would it be legal for Moro to issue enough stock to pay his employees for multiple months in advance? He has been paying for two months at a time so why not six months and that would take care of most of his costs if in the meantime, the company closed its doors.
Next quesiton:
Is the company going to correct the errors on the total stock outstanding in the past two filings?
