yeah. they wanted them to take 30%?? WTF. id take my chances in bk court. Of course the banks that agreed to to take less are pretty much gov't puppets anyway. so the ones not being propped by the gov't were the ones that were actually speaking for themselves and doing the smart thing.... not for the economy and the auto industry but for themselves. cant argue with that.
