I rally hope this isn't over,. but well we have to face the truth, we are here all betting that the sale of the wells will worth something that make the value of the units back to somewhere around 0.30 or so

that's what i've been saying given how long this case has been going on, the fact the plaintiffs have won pretty much every court decision, all of the legal work etc. i can't imagine they would give up and settle for what seems to be a garbage deal. there must be more to it.

I expect that Mr Wiegand & Co., Mr Stamper, et al will make themselves heard on Friday.

I agree that either all is not yet known to us, or this isn't over yet.

Lots of questions to be answered in the very near future.
