At this point,I don't think an acquirer cares about their financials. I think the acquirer is concerned about the products do they work and what contracts do they have or are in the works. We know EESO is at the beginning stages of any contracts. No sense on making any big deal on the financials yet. Third quarter or September financials are probably the first significant financial statements as Asia should be shipping by then in a big way.
Legion - A purchaser is going to do their own DD whether audited financials exist or not. They will do their own verification of the key historical financial information as well as forward looking material that is not reflected in the financials. Audited financials is a non-issue for the purchaser.
