drift- I am assuming no audited financials,

only because the company, if they had 'em, would have mentioned 'em, don't you think? They did mention something about Q3 being their target in this regard. It would be difficult to figure out just how many OTC companies have alluded to having audited financials, without ever having the inclination to produce 'em.

Have you ever seen a private company bought out that didn't have audits?

Two hundred million dollars is a lot of money. Turning down two hundred million dollars for a company with virtually no industry presence, is absurd.

I give Jared his props for making this company's story interesting enough to attract penny stock speculators. It's somewhat amusing (to myself) that so many people are interested and excited about pig odour elimination. Are they really excited about the product, or are they excited about making money from speculating on the stock?

Do you think the company is really any different in that regard than the shareholders? I suggest that it's really all about selling stock.

If one assumes their investment is safe here, they assume it based on faith, not evidence.

Evidence is what brings in legitimate investors, and prospective take-over bids. There is scant evidence here to support the company's story. There is a good deal of evidence by association however, that this is a de facto stock promotion.

drift, if I really dug around here I think my opinion would only be strengthened. Not to say that you can't make any money here playin' the story, but it is at best an embellished iliad of a very dry subject and well known and practiced technology.

You have NO idea if the interested company didn't have their accounting team go in and examine everything. You are assuming is all.
