Kostro the current chairman of Sanswire received forty six million in stock during the 'Internafta deal'. Kostro as you may know rang the bell with Tim Huff when they got Globetel to trade on the AMEX. AMEX kicked Globetel off their exchange, then it was revealed the company cut and pasted revenues to feed to the independent auditors. Restated, the company went from eighty million revenues a year to below a million. Huff may be facing twenty years since the CFO testified. The court has agreed to expand the scope and discovery period in the Sanwire investigation. Sanswire is in court due to their not cooperating in the Securities Exchange Commission investigation.
