They didn't pay it. What on earth could the excuse be for waiting until shareholders had the dividend yanked out of their accounts? And what was the trading volume here in the timeframe between the payment of the dividend and today?
How much did this go up? Who was trading shares knowing about this little issue?
Me thinks this is a classic case of stock manipulation.
