yes sir he did...

mr. peel and i both noted this at the time.....bottom line is if you are going to lean into holyfield, count the cost...he must have a "metal plate in his head"...(quote from Rahman)....

the thing that impressed me about holyfield was even though he would rest after his barrages...he seemed to deal with the fact that he recognizes that he is a geezer and needs to pace himself correctly....i do believe if he didn't rest, he would simply punch himself out..and make himself easy pickings for rahman's right hook.

i also agree with you about foreman....we love the guy...his commentary is excellent. any boxer watching the replay paying heed to his remarks is getting some very fine pugilistic tutelage on the cheap.

all in all i thought it was an excellent fight, and as you know, i'm not terribly keen on the heavyweight division.
