I have always been one to think before I leaped and especially before I talked which has helped me tremendously in my life, both personally & professionally. Therefore, I have decided to apply that long-term characteristic to my pursuit of justice, if you will.

When I first saw the news release, the first reaction I had was, "Wow," this is not the exact information I was hoping for." Then, while in the midst of forming my strategy, step-by-step, as to who I would call on first to assist me in my endeavor to find out what has gone on with this company, and especially after that one poster triggered a response from me that was out of my character, I reined myself back in and re-read the last news release. In doing that I have decided that, yes, management gave me a message that was upfront about their current financial situation, their decision to narrow the area of concentration and their current pursuit of seeking funding.

Taking into consideration the above, even though the value of the stock at present is drastically low, it would be unwise of me to take action at this time that could permanently damage what value the stock has currently, negate any possible chance of regaining its full potential at a time when it reached approximately $2.35, and go beyond that as additional funding is acquired.

No, I am not being influenced by the "team" or anyone else for that matter but when I looked at the pluses and minuses of what my actions could have, the moves I was planning on making would not help me recover my initial investment one iota. I base my entire decision on the fact that they could have chosen to "close the doors", claim bankruptcy and walk away but they have not. Obviously there are a few who heavily, heavily invested in this stock, even more than myself, who are probably the ones still in pursuit of the funding. Therefore, in order to protect the monetary investments I have even at this level, I have decided to wait for the next development to take place hopefully in the near future.

To sum it up, I came to the conclusion that the end result of my decision would have a more positive outcome than if I took action out of pure vengeance. I'd say most of us know the ole saying, "Vengenace is mine, sayeth the Lord," so seeking retribution in a negative way, on my part, would only harm my chances of coming out of this a "winner."

It's going to be a nice beautiful sunny day today and hope you fellow investors show me some compassion regarding my decision as we are all needing this to turn around. God Bless
