1) Sanswire is getting investigated by the SEC.

2) Five former Sanswire officers have been charged with fraud by the SEC.

3) Sanswire received a Well's Letter from the SEC(the SEC has said they may revoke SNSR's trading).

4) Sanswire was delisted by the American Stock Exchange.

5) Sanswire was evicted twice.

6) Sanswire owes millions(over $2 million at last count) in debts/judgments and growing due to interest. They are still getting sued for unpaid bills.

7) Sanswire's chairman(P. Kostro) sold all his SNSR/GTEM shares.

8) Sanswire was sued by it's shareholders, and shareholders were awarded a $2.36 million settlement.

9) Sanswire hasn't sold a single "Stratellite" or any airship.

10) Sanswire has no revenues(look at the latest filings).

11) Sanswire has gone from over 50 employees back in 2005/2006 to 3 employees at last count(as of March 31, 2009, and this number includes executive officers and employees of subsidiaries).
