Yeah, I believe it would be the selling that would potentially get you into trouble. But buying right before big news hits would likely raise an eyebrow too. If it was discovered.

BTW: With the massive option pool setup for the employees, and the limited # of them now, I have to believe that they already have enough options [ala SKS] to be incredibly wealthy if wavx hits the big time. Thus, the incentive to actually buy shares on the open market with real cash is reduced IMO.
