Fact from legal counsel - expert in securities litigation, SEC has no jurisdiction re: ERHE and DOJ action. SEC is regulatory agency with no enforcement and certainly no jurisdictional powers - only can refer ALLEGED wrongdoing or malfeasance to courts or appropiate governmental enforcement agency.
By the way, Oily, you were way short on your original OBO-1 "prognostications". May just be the biggest find ever. Don't like fighting G Dubya forced to payback to XOM/CVX et al, the "boys" who helped the shrub get into office, State Dept. stooges, etc. but stakes in JDZ = $multitrillions. This is Daniel Yergin's "PRIZE" - the biggest business in the world - expect the unexpected. Possession is 90%, period.
