Correct me if I am wrong. The dividend is 7.5 million shares of UCAD. What people are saying is .0000155 of UCAD for every share of CMKX. That would be 15.50 shares of UCAD per million CMKX, 15,500 shares of UCAD for every billion of CMKX. Take 7.5 million shares of UCAD to be distributed and divide it by 15,500 and you get 483,870,960,000 shares of CMKX.

If these figures make sense, the question is are they using 483 billion authorized shares instead of using outstanding shares. Didn't the pr say the dividend would be distributed only to the outstanding shares? Feedback please.
