I would simply equate them to a leech on an injured finger. They need each other. The parasite (YA) needs NEOM to make money, in doing so they have placed the company under immense pressure with debt and in essence own the patent. This causes NEOM to be where it is at, in the pennies. NEOM needs the parasite as they need to keep thier injured company afloat (leech attaching to a blood deprived finger, sucks blood out of host, but does it though the finger, hence saving the finger from dying) Do you get it...lol

pagosa: 1) Dilution concerns. 2) Yes. 3) Dilution concerns.

I, personally don't "bash" YA. I've had concerns in the past (even "recent" past) but now my concerns about what they may do aren't nearly as great as they were six months ago.

NeoMedia won the patent dispute at the final authority...the USPTO. IMO, YA needed that outcome. IMO, YA happy.

EOT.

What will be will be from this point forward (as always :-/) and I believe that what is good for NEOM (and that includes us common shareholders), is good for YA.

Again...YA happy...me happy. :-)
