Plain and simple, they could have kept Neo alive without forcing such limitations on the company...would have allowed all to grow much faster and generated much more wealth for all involved...along with not causing so much dillution...yes they kept us alive, but at a price. Hmmm...just like a vampire I think...
Pagosa: going through the various events that have caused many retail shareholders to - at the least - deeply regret YA's involvement with this company would require a rather lengthy history lesson going all they way back to 2003. But of particular interest are the events of 2006 and later.
And who would I be trying to enlighten? You've posted only 4 times. Are you a shareholder or, perhaps, something else?
