Sorry Guy, you do not know anything about Russia, you might have read books, thats all. I know how you work their, been in business there before and after the curtain has fallen.
What you discribe there is the private way or what you can read in books about, the business there is done differently, of course mainly by connections.
Go back to school and do not show people how you think it works.
Here, we have taxes and government comittees. I 10% lub job is cheaper than 15% taxes and red tape while everyone will leave you alone. It also keeps the Russian government away since they're in bed together for the most part.
