its because there is a possibility deal will not get thru it might get dumped and ppl dont want to risk it..also any long wants to buy as low as possible and some of the investors dont believe the .10 cent offer so they are selling below that price...Dont compare pinkies with bigboards...JMHO
It is very simple. There is a certain degree of uncertainty that surrounds every penny stock. People might be entertaining certain doubts about the first offer and the forthcoming counter-offer. This is why you don't see a buying fever that takes the stock all the way up to 10 cents. I, on the other hand, keep buying more and more stock at the occurrence of any little dip. I strongly believe in Jared and the rest of the EESO-people, and have no doubts whatsoever in my mind about the immediate as well as more distant future of this wonderful company.
