Q. why are we not trading closer to .10 if counter offer is comming? is it the belief that a deal will not happen?

I am looking to do a little more due dilgence before entering EESO.

I believe EESO is a legit real company. but any help on why we are not trading closer to .10 with buyout would be helpful.
