It will be 1 share of spoofem for every 2 shares of LGTT. I doubt anyone can answer your question at this time, but if they are restricted shares, I would say no.

1st, it's not a split. Your shares will remain. Now, the spoofem shares will most likely stay dormant in your account for a minimum of 6 months after you recieve them( I'd have to double check that). The LGTT shares will continue to trade.
