Wondering the same. From experience I always learned a LLC are always separate entities which they technically are. However the play i work for has many places open across the country. All financially linked but they are all separate LLC companies. Ive always found it odd. They do separate financials for each place but they are pooled together at the end of the month. Just what I see would like to know more though

Hey Carter.

I agree that the legitimacy of the company has now taken shape and with an already established distribution and market presence with contacts in the industry, either way Bebida should have a good chance at being successful. Most definately a good chance to get in with so much potential. He may be new to public companys, but he has several other privates so he knows the ropes. Looking forward to see what he has in store for us and what he can do to build this thing up.

Looks like we are in 2 good strong plays with a ton of potential :)
