Which one? Two of O'Quinn's suits have been dismissed. The remaining one--the Jag action--has been on hold while everyone awaits a decision from the judge. That judge made O'Quinn amend his complaint twice, and apparently still isn't satisfied that he's made any case at all for a naked short.

Oh yeah: and O'Quinn decided at least a year ago not to accept any more work of this kind.

thanks for your opinions. with respect to O'Quinn, I wouldn't get into it with Ms Shell. She seems to labor under the misconception that O'Quinn no longer believes that naked shorting cases are worth bringing and that he is trying to distance himself from them. I wonder if she would still assert such a claim today. I wonder if she would go on record right now as saying that O'Quinn would not take naked short cases any longer. I wonder ....
