This persons account woes are not due to the fact she holds CMKX, any attempt to infer otherwise is fear mongering.

If this was a legitimate problem, based on the number of people I estimate hold CMKX, we would have a deluge of reports. Can you give me some other evidence? I provide, for my side, the fact that I am an eTrade client and have no issues with my account due to holding CMKX. Like I said, I CALLED eTrade and asked directly about this when it first broke last week (your a bit late with this "news" btw) and they said there are NO ISSUES with CMKX and holding it in your account.

This is stuff from last week, already discussed and tossed aside as meaningless. You need to find some new material, something more current, this was already tried and failed.

Ignutz....No. granny's problem (if there is one ;) with her etrade account is not relative to anything regarding CMKX!

I suggest you take your questions "straight to the horse's mouth". In other words....go discuss this with granny at RB.
