matrix...All preferred shares in CMKX have been canceled. It is in the DEF 14C as of Jan 30, 2003.

As you can see from "my" post....I copied pedro's post from RB with the link. I don't do a lot of reading at RB....pedro is one of several RB members that I do read though.

From reading pedro20040...my impression is he's a nice man....CPA by profession I think. He always seems open to discussion on the variety of thoughts and opinions of others.

I do have an understanding of a/s, o/s, actual float, preferred shares with super voting rights etc etc.

Exactly.

Insiders can easily retain majority ownership by issuing themselves preferred shares with super voting rights, which happens quite often in the BB/Pinkie world.

As of two years ago, CMKX had issued one share of preferred. We have no idea whether they've issued more, or what the conversion ratio is. UCAD has several classes of preferred, and probably at least one is controlled by management.
