Did they say a "criminal" investigation? Did they provide any other information? I understand if you do not want to share everything they may have written in the email to you. Did you ever contact the SEC attorneys that filed the original suit? According to some past posts, I believe a few on this board have contacted the SEC attorneys...it can not hurt to ask for an update and to let them know investors are still here waiting.
