Different people mean different things by dilution. If a sale of shares actually increases earnings per share/net assets per share it is not dilutive in a meaningfull sense. As long as we don't know the terms we cannot know if the increase in the number of shares was actually dilutive.

I am in wonder how you figure another 8 million shares equals a run when the authorized shares are 500,000,000.
