I don't mind whacking some of them once in a while to make sure they don't slip back into sheep mode .. when I feel they're falling off the wagon

lol

most of the folks here, except for a few whack-jobs, are good honest people. they are scam victims who admit they were conned and it would be wrong to continuously rub it in their face by calling them idiot, stuckholder, etc. with arrogance.

Aristo, ... "one of them was a lawyer from Chicago who outsmarted himself by ignoring the facts presented by bashers and kept throwing good money after bad money."

Yes, I outsmarted myself. I have said so in numerous posts. And, it was my fault that I got fleeced, not the SEC's. I had plenty of warnings that I disregarded and my arrogance prohibited me from pulling the trigger and salvaging a portion of my investment. But, I was always a skeptical poster. I wasn't an ECNC cheerleader. Most ECNC shills detested me because I asked questions about the warnings. However, I have no problem confronting my mistake.

I wasn't alone in my arrogance and there were plenty of fraudsters involved in ECNC/T/I. Many of them pushed on to CMKX using a variant of their fraud model. Aristo, you were involved in ECNC. See any parallels between Hughes handing Chris Jensen the shell that eConnect had become and Casavant handing CMKX to Tyler?

But, unlike nuffie and others here, I have never, ever whined about the SEC or posted that it was the SEC's fault. I have never blamed or ridiculed bashers for being right. I have never blamed Elgindy (although he is a slimeball) and have never blamed naked shorters. And, I have never claimed I am owed money by the government that it is withholding from distribution.

I have assumed my responsibility for my arrogant error. My money is gone forever. It's not coming back. So, be it. I don't whine about it. Now, I concentrate on remaining a bystander until the criminal prosecution of those who fleeced me continues.

The CMKX stuckholders/kool aid drinkers should admit their own arrogant errors and do the same. But, they don't. And they yuck it up with each other to reinforce their ignorance and arrogance whenever anyone points out it was their decision (like it was mine) to waste their money. 4 years after the SEC pulled the plug on the CMKX scam and they are still in denial concerning the mistakes they made.

Such is life. And, life goes on. ... eom
