Unfortunately you're barking up the wrong tree. Sask. Industry and Resources does not issue drill permits...Sask. Environment and Resource Management does: 306-953-2322. Generally you can get a drill permit in 2 weeks. Having Ron Casavant apply for it will not speed up the process, in fact it may slow it down. Melvin is feeding someone a line.
