how many shares have been diluted so far?

instead of this board day dreaming of what the share price will be after conversions lets all try to figure out how much more dilution will take place.

something isnt right with those calculations, maybe an expert can round it up?

plus we need to factor the share price its at .78 right now, it will take more shares to dilute since the price cant hold up much longer
