As I understand it around 40 billion shares were retired to the treasury> I would assume this means O/Ss.
Now, if UC bought 150 billion shares on the open market at .0001. Retired 40 billion to the treasury. Then sold 110 billion back into the market at .001 - .0003, it would reduce the legitimate O/S by 40 billion shares while not increasing the legitimate O/S at all, because those 110 billion shares are naked shorts, put into the market by whoever is naked shorting. And in the meantime he made huge profit for the treasury, assuming this was done by CMKX the corporation and not UC the individual.

All of the above of course is just theory, but would be a win win situation for the company.
